One of my all time favorite budtenders works here and everytime I come in from Texas I come swing by to say high. Unfortunately, he wasn’t in tonight! I like this place, haven’t been anywhere else here while in town town and don’t plan much too unless they have delivery

My first visit and Don made it a great experience. I visited based on a friend recommendation and she was right! As a novice dispensary shopper, I had a great experience. Thank you, Don for the friendly guidance and kind service and to the rest of the staff that was nothing but welcoming.

I went there on thanksgiving after checking on line. Most dispensaries were closed by then. The ones that were open were closing soon at 4 pm and 6pm. With lame or no discounts. Jade, never been there, but it was open til midnight and their website claimed everything 50% off. Whaaat?? I’ll try it.. maybe low on inventory, or out of a lot of things but 50% off I can probably find something I liked. After all their open til midnight they must want to sell something. One customer walked in before me and a couple behind me. There was absolutely no waiting and a huge full inventory In every category. Accessories displayed where you can see them clearly. Friendly knowledgeable bud tender I had. What normally costs $45 I got for $17. So I doubled my order at the register and haven’t been back since. lol.. because I still have. 50% was a holiday sale of course. But was told there’s a weekly sale on one day of 40% on everything making it simple. Without discount their prices are lower than most. And a Wide inventory ( that day ) but I would trust it’s that way most of the time. Jade was open when all the others had closed early ( in my area ) but it’s Reno. Most are close enough but only one was open til midnight. Going there, there are a lot of reasons that Jade is my new favorite. Looking forward to my next visit. It was a super experience.
